The home-purchasing industry as a whole is missing a service provider to comprehensively connect potential buyers with real estate professionals.
The client wants to start a ratings and reviews website to help people make informed, educated decisions when choosing the right professionals to collaborate with for home-purchasing. The website will also allow professionals the opportunity to obtain feedback.

Iterative process over a few months
2020
For requirements gathering, I discussed the client’s goals and researched other platforms such as Angie’s List, Rate My Agent, and Reviews.io. I interviewed users of ratings and reviews platforms to determine what worked, desired features, and pain points. I presented a new iteration of interactive wireframes to the client at each meeting.
The screen below displays a view of the professional user’s experience. Industry professionals fill out the form about someone they collaborated with (buyer, seller, borrower). A request is then sent to the recipient to provide feedback to the professional about the quality of work provided.
The wireframe prototype can be viewed on InVision through the link below. It was created with Sketch and made interactive with InVision.

Once we determined the wireframes were at a point that communicated the features and functionality effectively, we were ready to move onto higher-fidelity mockups.
The prototype can be viewed on InVision through the link below. It was created with Sketch and made interactive with InVision.
The screen below displays the Hi-Fi mockup version of the professional user’s experience for Requesting a Review.

As this project focuses on the home-buying industry, the idea for these logo concepts was to combine the "R" in Rant or Rave 360 with a symbol representing a house.
